If your order is received by 1pm on a weekday, we will endeavour to despatch your photos on the same day.
 
Standard Photos, Enlargements and Specialty Photos can all be despatched same day, but all other products require more time to produce. Please read our product despatch reference.
 
Orders that contain more than just photo products will be held and shipped together unless the items have a shipping time of more than 5 days difference or are bulky. In this instance we will ship separately at no extra cost.
 
Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be despatched on the Monday or next working day
 
We make every attempt to protect our orders from damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, so that we can arrange replacement of the damaged products.
 
If your order goes missing in the post, please wait 5 days before calling us. We will re-print your products and send them again.
 
Our quality and service is guaranteed, if we cannot meet your expectations as ordered, we will refund your money.

Packages should arrive by 10am at work addresses
Packages should arrive by 12pm at home addresses
Rural Addresses not on courier routes may take up to 3 days to deliver, so in some cases it may be faster taking the postal option
Photos ordered on Friday will not be delivered until the next working day

Please allow 4 hours for same day delivery, orders placed after 1pm will automatically be delivered the following day ....
